當心ASSOS仿冒品

這個夏季在市面上(國外或是台灣) 出現一些ASSOS仿冒品/水貨, ASSOS特地在官方網站做出聲明, 請消費者特別注意.

Assos only warrants original products bought from authorized sources. Products with all kind of deleted Barcodes (see examples) are not factory warranteed and if this happens to them we suggest to absolutely refuse the product, return it to the vendor and inform Assos Customer Service, Switzerland of this wrong doing. For any useful information provided about illegal vendors, ASSOS will be extremely grateful.

ASSOS只保固從授權經銷商購買來的原始商品. 任何商品有任何形式的條碼不完整 (見圖) 是不受原廠保固的, 如果這個情形發生, 我們建議完全拒絕購買該商品, 將它退回原本的購買地點, 並且, 通知ASSOS瑞士客服部關於這個錯誤的行為.  ASSOS會極其感激任何關於非法經銷商的任何資訊.

經由Ciclo的查訪, 台灣有出現極少數非授權經銷的商品, 所有的條碼都被小心地割掉, 這些商品有可能是水貨, 也有可能是仿冒品. 但是售價跟Ciclo對外的零售價是一樣的. 請消費者為維護自身權益, 購買前務必確認

2. 確認條碼完整性, 並要求蓋上ASSOS保固章, 詳情請點選 "ASSOS 09 保固條碼", 任何沒有蓋保固章的保固卡, ASSOS及Ciclo將保留拒絕維修的權利
